Here's a recipe:
Finger Paint
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. + 3 Tbsp. water
food coloring
few drops liquid detergent
Mix cornstarch and 3 Tbsp. of water. Boil 1 c. water and add cornstarch/water mixture to this, stirring constantly. Add a few drops of liquid detergent. Separate into several small airtight containers, and then add different colors of food coloring to each container to make your paint colors. This lasts about 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
