In order for us to serve as missionaries in Hungary, we need a team of supporters who regularly pray for us and contribute financially to our ministry. "If I decide to support you monthly, how long is that commitment for? The rest of my life???" No, your expected monthly commitment is only for the next 79.5 years... Just kidding. Your commitment entirely depends on you and how long you feel God is leading you to invest in our ministry. Our missionary "terms" will generally last around 3 years, after which time we will have a 3-6 month Home Ministry Assigment in the U.S. before re-deploying to the field. Therefore, a 3-year commitment might be a good place to start. And then at the end of the 3 years, you can pray about it and decide whether or not you want to continue giving. On the other hand, we also realize that things change at unexpected times - especially with jobs and finances. So that commitment isn't something set in stone.
